the location was ideal, close to the mall and other attractions. the room service was efficient. avinash and bishnu provided excellent service during breakfast... i appreciated their kindness.
The amenities in the room felt quite basic. little attention was given to my anniversary. The gesture was impersonal. the hotel felt a bit dated.

excellent hotel stay
clean interior excellent service unbelievable view
the hotel had a beautiful, clean interior that smelled nice. yousef. the fountain room offered unbelievable views (i especially enjoyed the fountain show from the balcony). the pool area was beautiful, the cabanas provided great shade, and the staff provided towels and ice water.
the thai restaurant wasn't as good as other restaurants at the hotel. i found it somewhat disappointing.

the location provided easy access to the mall and the burj khalifa. everything was within a comfortable walking distance from the hotel. this made exploring the area simple.

the rooms were spacious and well kept. each room featured comfortable beds for restful sleep. housekeeping staff ensured rooms remained super clean (they clearly took pride in their work).

the pool area featured an immaculate pool with well-kept surroundings. the hotel had a beautiful pool with views. the pool team provided excellent service.
