My stay at Palace Downtown was enjoyable overall, thanks to its very nice location and friendly staff. However, I did face a few issues with room cleanliness and dining options. The ambiance was lovely, but certain aspects, like the balcony furnishings, could use an update.

My stay at Palace Downtown was absolutely magical! The amazing views of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain shows made it lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly, greeting me with smiles and great service. Although I loved the food variety at the breakfast buffet, the dining prices were quite high, which surprised me a bit. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough!

I had an very nice stay at the Palace Downtown in Dubai. The views of Burj Khalifa and the fountains from my balcony were absolutely amazing, and the staff made me feel super welcome and attended to my needs. However, a few housekeeping issues popped up at the beginning of my stay, and the Thai restaurant didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'm definitely planning to return!
